The autumn and winter months are an exciting time in the world of design, not merely because we get to deck the halls for the festive period, but because it marks awards season as well. While awards are not the reason, or indeed the focus of our work, they are a mark of recognition from those that we respect and admire within our industry.
Being nominated for, and winning, awards is also a wonderful mark of achievement for our hard-working team. They put everything they have into achieving excellence, and delivering the kind of craftsmanship, thoughtfulness, and passion we strive for at every home we have the privilege to transform.
With that in mind, we were delighted to not only be shortlisted, but to win three awards at this year’s UK Property Awards, including Best UK Bathroom (five star) and Best in Cambridgeshire (five star) for one of our luxury bathrooms, as well as Best in London for one of our most loved kitchen designs.
The best five-star UK Bathroom

Winner of the Best UK Bathroom, Best in Cambridgeshire, and Best Global Bathroom was the property we refer to as The Porson Bathroom – a timeless regency design fit for modern luxury. Inspired by classic French interiors but with a contemporary twist, it’s an exercise in understated decadence, intended to feel like a tranquil sanctuary for moments of calm every day.
Key features include chrome-framed mirrors, glass partitions and a quiet sense of opulence. The spacious double vanity, mural-style wallpaper, freestanding bath, marble-effect porcelain tiles, hidden storage, and harmonious mix of textures, smooth tiles, warm wood, and gleaming fixtures bring depth and softness, balancing refinement with stylish flair.

The best five-star kitchen in London

Awarded in the kitchen category for Best in London, was our ‘Artist in residence‘ property – an architectural masterpiece which commanded interior spaces that matched its structural excellence. The home of an artist and a marketing guru, it was designed by Maya Vuksa Architecture and sits on the coast in Southwold.
Inside, it is a lesson in peaceful elegance, blending structure and a bold use of colour with natural light and organic materials. An ultramarine blue marked the signature leitmotif that ties the home to the work of the artist herself, giving it a gallery-style aesthetic balanced with the warmth of a much-loved home.
Key features include seamless, pass-through doors, and the simplicity of stainless steel, lotus white, and black velvet matt cabinetry, raw stone and smooth concrete for a fusion of lightness and statement style.

Going global
As The Porson Bathroom won the national award in its category, it will now go on to compete in the International Property Awards, which will take place at The Savoy in London, on 16th January 2026. This will be the third time that we have had the honour of being shortlisted at the awards. Previously, we won Best Kitchen Interior Design, Essex for our work on the enchanting Carpenter property, and Best Bathroom Interior Design, Essex for a master bathroom in Colchester, which also achieved the coveted 5 Star Best in the UK for Bathroom Design Award.
Design Director, Niko Rasides said: “It’s an enormous privilege to win awards in two categories, especially when the projects in question are of such different styles. It speaks to our mission as a team, to design spaces that are in harmony with the character, vision, and aspirations of our clients. To be able to successfully demonstrate that versatility and be recognised by those we admire within the industry for it, is an accolade of the highest order, and one we are enormously grateful to receive.”
