An urban Eden

The overarching premise of the Riverside Quarter was to offer the best of all worlds – proximity to the heart of London, the height of modern luxury, and a life of balance and wellbeing through inside-outside living. Therefore, properties have been oriented towards panoramic views of the water, communal gardens are woven around the development, apartments have private balconies or winter gardens, and there are wellbeing amenities including an indoor pool and a gym. Residents can also bypass traffic when heading to the West End with direct access to the Riverside Quarter Pier, where the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers provides an hourly service taking just 30 minutes.

A vision of modern life

Inside, the layout of each apartment has been carefully considered to be welcoming and to optimise natural light. Homes are spacious and chic but also warm and inviting. Our designers at Nicholas Anthony were tasked with creating culinary spaces that befit and enhanced this vision for modern city life. Our inspiration came from the sense of space and preserving the quality of light emanating from floor-to-ceiling windows.

Seamless form and function

Opting for white gloss, handleless cabinets as well as a mirrored glass splashback, we enhanced the sense of light whilst reflecting glimpses of the watery views outside. Walnut accents, notably on the wall-hung pop-out section, added depth and an organic glow. We maximised the use of space without compromising aesthetics thanks to an internal larder in the tallest cabinet, specifying storage for details such as crockery, and maintaining a minimalist feel with a built-in extractor and under-mounted sink. High spec appliances were chosen to enhance the look, feel and function of the space, while the washer-dryer was hidden in a utility cupboard in the adjacent hallway. The result is a property that has an unequivocal sense of home and proves that when it comes to lifestyle, you really can have it all.
