The 15th annual London Design Festival (LDF) takes place over 9 days in September; displaying London’s rich source of luxury design. Spread across the landmarks of London you can find over 400 exhibitions displaying the finest design ideas from pioneers of the industry, such as Zaha Hadid Architects and Marc Newson.
Nicholas Anthony is proud to announce that it will be grasping onto the design fever that will spread across the capital in its Knightsbridge showroom. Located along the luxurious Brompton Road, the Nicholas Anthony showroom is the perfect space to showcase the finest luxury design features. Being just a stone’s throw away from Harrods, the window display scheduled for the September event has a potential to be seen by over 40,000 people per day – giving a total possible reach of over 360,000 people.
During the September LDF, Nicholas Anthony is privileged to unveil the latest in grandeur lighting through its partnership with Occhio. This will be presented in the form of a marvellous lighting installation situated in the window front. As the recent winner of the Lighting Design Awards 2018 for best “Architectural Luminaire Interior”, Occhio’s prestigious ‘Mito’ design will be on display for all to see during the LDF period. The beautiful ‘Mito’ design is coupled with the Occhio Air System technology and touchless control, allowing you to effortlessly alter the lighting in any environment. Emphasising the Occhio ‘Mito’ is a simple task as the elegant design oozes class and adds that extra sense of quality and wow-factor to any interior.
The days and weeks working up to the event is a key period for the LDF preparations. Temporary structures and building works are being scheduled to take place for the final display that will become a full-length window installation showcasing the elegance and brilliant ‘Mito’ design. The Nicholas Anthony team has worked tirelessly over numerous designs to best showcase the award -winning lighting as our design team is extremely passionate about the product and yearn to showcase it in its best light!
During the event itself, Nicholas Anthony will play host to the large audiences by welcoming them into the showroom to talk and network; as well as supplying the finest Louis Roderer champagne and freshly made canapés. Once you step inside our showroom you will be greeted by the newest in Occhio interactive technology. You are then transported on a journey through the most elegant interiors and highest quality brands such as Gaggenau, Sub-Zero & Wolf appliances. Our lower ground floor will exhibit the latest SieMatic kitchen and furniture installations, where you will be able to fully immerse yourself in the most cutting edge interior designs from Walter Knoll and Jules Sturgess.
