Galton Blackiston at Knightsbridge

Galton is an English chef, who has held a Michelin star for 14 years at his restaurant, at Morston Hall. It is one of Britain’s leading country hotels and has been named in the top 100 restaurants in the UK. On arrival guests received a champagne reception with delicious canapes, followed by a tour of the showroom with its stunning SieMatic displays.

Galton then prepared and cooked four courses in front of their very eyes including seared scallops with tomato gazpacho, grilled sea bass with comte sauce and asparagus, loin of lamb with mint jelly balls, potato terrine, carrot puree and jus, panna cotta strawberry jelly and sorbet.
